I've tried this.
I've had unpleasant experiences with landscaping trucks, county government trucks, semis, etc. It seems it is usually a truck. Most cars don't have a company name on them. Just idiot drivers.

I've called or written to these companies and complained. I have no choice with the county truck, it was the water department. I'm not ready to give up drinking water and taking baths. But I did call and speak with the manager. On the phone he "sounded" concerned that one of his employees would drive so "recklessly". He must have talked to his people because since then county water department trucks pass me with care.
