Good eye. They are Barelli's with homemade cages. I did not make the cages though, they came on a very well used Bob Jackson I bought a few years ago.

I sold the rest of the bike but kept the peds as I thought the guy did a real nice job, and I always like when somebody repairs something like this instead just throwing them away. They were killer pedals in their day, very light, and they spin like crazy (still do). Plus they were the only UK peds I had on hand so a natural choice for the Raleigh.
