Its a good idea. Its great to have people brainstorming on how to make the roads safer for us cyclists.
Maybe you could start out doing what RonH did and see if that gets you anywhere. Then maybe something like a 'Bad/Wreckless Drivers' list will be noticed. If not by the companies, maybe it will do some good for us knowing where these offenders are.
