By the way, the reason I'd like to see if the LBS can help is that I got an amazing deal off of ebay. If the insurance claim is approved, sure I can get a refund and my money back, but I'm still out a new bike for my girlfriend. I'd rather spend a little more money to get a replacement frame if possible.
