If you're the type that has drawers of bolts and washers around, just try some to see if they fit. You don't need "special" bike bolts.

The proper term is "dork disc".
the marketing term is "chain guard/protector" (the one on the chainring)
or "spoke protector" (the one on the rear wheel)
