I'm feeling a little bit like I should have my tail between my legs after reading some of the Vintage Bike Travesties thread's posts -- specifically the uproar over the Centurion Elite conversion -- which I admit looks like a pretty hack job!

I don't have a picture of the frame and have begun stripping the paint... although it looks like the following: http://www.flickr.com/photos/pcnotpc...7594581304840/ Although was in much worse condition! Frame scratches/nicks and some rusting...

I salvaged the frame and it's more or less rusting out parts from a parking garage where I live... looked like it was someone else's project bike (at some point in time), with both the original brake levers and some new Shimano brake levers... no wheels...

I'll record the serial number however and any other parts that I can figure out.
Small bike though --- seat tube is about 50-51 cm.
