What is up with wearing helmets on a bike?? Here in Holland, no one ever does it, it's not necessary nor obliged! And no serious accidents happen that woudl have been avoided when wearing helmets! (speed is just not high enough)

Can understand the safety aspect, but if you have been cycling longer then you can walk... you'd also start wearing protection while going for a walk or just eing at home...

Don't mean to insult anyone... but I feel that when wearing protection, one will be inclined to feel protected and take greater risks...

Take care of yor bike, keep eyes and ears open, en be sensible.. you should be all right then
(27 years experience in cycling here - min 10 km a day / 5 days a week on the average

Have a good week, stay safe!
