That frame is far from top-end. Hell, it's not even mid-range. Those wheels are barely an improvement over the stock ones, and that is debatable at best. And even if you like risers, you can get better ones pretty damn easily.

EDIT: Your bike looks perfectly fine, I'm not meaning to insult you. I realize I'm coming off as a dick, but you are definitely not done upgrading. One day down the road, you will try out a friends clipless pedal/shoe combo "just for kicks" and you will pretend to hate it. Then 6 months later you will move to a new state, get a new screenname, and start a new life as a clipless rider.
