I guess if it were mine - I would not have gone with Wienmanns, I've heard they are pretty low quality (however, they're hella cheap, and if you thrash them in a year, who cares).

I'd probably take the RALEIGH decals off of the downtube, because I think it looks bad and because stacked type is the devil. I'm surprised Raleigh did that because they usually have tasteful decals.
The idea of flat/risers on a road bike seems weird to me, but I've never tried it either.
Time to ride the heck out of it.
The Wienmanns are tough. I hop curbs, ride rought roads and dirt trails. They get beat on.
The stickers are under the clear coat on the 07's
I need risers to bring my hands up to where I like to have them when I ride (that's what they are for). I'm not hunched over, but I'm not totally upright either. I'm in a good position in traffic and I can get aero with I need to dig in. I didnt want a stem with a positive angle. If I find a fork with a longer steerer, I'll go back to flats.
