Vintage MotoB

First Post. I'm an MTBer and a waiter at work, a young kid, scored an old road bike out of a dumpster and brought it in for me to tune up. Turns out its a french made Cromo Motobecane Grand Touring that is all original and, from what I can tell, has never, I mean Never ever been ridden. The rubbernubs from the injection molding on the tires are not even worn off. But I don't know anything about old roadie stuff, so here it is.
Vitus 888 tubing, so I think it's a late 70's early 80's bike.
Woman's frame with a 2 into 1 top tube, seperate seat stays to the top of the seat tube.
Suntour Vx groupo
Weinemann Vainqueur 610 centerpull brakes, Weinemann Normandy Hubs, made in Belgium.
Metal head Badge, frame made in France.
This bike looks like it just came out of a time machine. Any history would be appriciated.
Down side, I think it was leaned up in a garge for the last 30 years beause it is slighty warped, and needs to be aligned. Anyone guess a model year and original retail? Thanks.
