Well in the Drexel university newspaper there's a crime section.. every week there's at least 2 thefts reported to the paper... and this is just on campus.
There's no surprise that half the cities are college towns and the other half are big cities with lots of bicycle commuters. They do say that Philly is way above everyone else.
