Stu and his staff are fantastic. He helped my build my bike around my Soma frame (which I am loving!). And they've been nothing but more than helpful with the minor tweaks and adjustments we've had to do. Most recently, he's going to replace my rear rim and upgrade it due to an unknown cause of an impact it received during my regular commute and has caused it to already go out of tru twice. He's personally unhappy with it because it's not meeting my needs as a rider. Amazing.
