Alternatively, if you go to yakima.com, there'll almost certainly be a good fit for a roof rack your car. The issue is that in these times of high gas prices, the trunk option is more easily removed when you're not riding, and a roof rack does suck a few MPG off your average, even with a fairing, etc. In the case of my Honda it was about 3-4mpg difference in real world driving.
If you take your bike somewhere several times a week or more, though, it might be more convenient to get the roof rack and just leave it on.
