color chart here. Gitane did have two blues, too,
although the first blue in that pic can't be quite right.
Other than the inevitable variation due to reproduction of the chart and your moniter, why do you say that? As for the white...just does not do it for me.
re: the lugs
It would seem Gitane had no real rhyme or reason as to what the lugs or fork crowns were used. I have seen crowns and lugs both plainer and fancier on Gitane Super Corsas and TdFs of this time period. My SC is dated ca. 1971
