This is a time trial frame and most were built to a geometry that required a 650c front wheel (not all though, so you'll have to try a 700c front wheel and see if it fits). These bikes have the rider in the tuck position (on the drops, as it were) always and probably wouldn't be the most comfortable daily riders. That said, I do see people here in NYC that ride these 100% of the time they're riding.
