To me is funny how the "Purist" will spend zillions of dollars on custom made parts that don't work so well (the HP2 pasanger foot peg bracket for example) when you can do a much better job using some old BMX bicycle stems that can survive a thermonuclear war, but still very light and well crafted.

That is an incredible setup, you've inspired me to look into making a mount for carrying my bike on my MZ Skorpion.
