OT Recipe advice for Roquefort Papillon cheese
Hey.
This is a bit off topic, but I bought this delicious cheese in Costco (I have a weakness for good cheese). Costco being umm Costco even good stuff comes in big sizes. So at this rate if I just use it on sandwiches it will take me at least a month to eat it. So can anyone recommend good recipes with this cheese. Maybe in a sauce or something?
