try it with endive salad.
rocquefort cheese
crushed walnuts
diced tomatoes
and slices of endives.
the dressing will be a classic French vinaigrette style. If i can recall, this is how you make it.
olive oil
add grey poupon type mustard and whisk
slowly add balsamic vinegar and whisk
finally add sugar to taste and whisk.
put dressing on the endive salad and be forever addicted.
