Yay. I wish the guy would have been specific about his issue, but whatever. At least it's not as bad as crazy misogynist dude who posted on craigslist last year. That was just odd. We had some weird letter in our mailbox as well about that. Overall it was nice to read some good feedback about the shop. We do actually try to help people out (surprise surprise, working at a bike shop isn't about a quick cash grab).
