Gawd, Dallas. Spent a couple of weeks there. They hadn't even heard of pedestrians, let alone cyclists. There was one form of transport, and it had 4 wheels.

A less cyclist-friendly place I can't really imagine, with its huge urban sprawly distances as well. At least it's relatively flat.
