They're made to fit under MAFAC brakes. Perhaps that's what you're referring to. Or maybe not.

I wasn't aware that Mafac made them. I've only seen the T.A. version. There was a flood of them on eBay recently. I'm looking for the version that has a mount for a flashlight.
