Yes, in fact, the motorcycle cops themselves. On 8th ave the bike lane is on the other side of the road. When the light turned green I rhode on the right side of the road beceause the cops rode alongside us and trapped us. Pretty much, crossing over four lanes would have endangered myself, the cops, and any other cars making a right turn off 15th onto 8th ave. Here's a crude diagram of what happened.

Would a written testimony, a print out of the law, and a map of the area possibly be sufficient evidence?
