If you had the sensor on your tire...no wonder it fell off.

If however you mean the magnet has fallen off the spoke, any LBS should have a replacement. It doesn't even have to be from the same manufacturer as long as the clearance is within the range of the sensor.

The sensor is the part attached to the fork leg, and in the case of a wireless model such as yours could indeed fall off as it's not attached to a wire...but I'm guessing you only lost the magnet.

Terminology:

Tire = The rubber part of the wheel attached to the rim
Rim = The metal hoop attached to both the tire and the spoke nipples
Spoke Nipples = The nut attaching the spokes to the rim
Spokes = the wires attaching the rim (via spoke nipples) to the hub
Hub = the center portion of the wheel
Wheel = the entire assembly
