-melt some on a steak, cheese stuffed hambugers...

The problem with blue cheese is its not really a melting cheese, the flavor is pretty intense.... so other than putting it on top of somehing or eating it relatvely plain, there's not much there. Go to www.epicurious.com and search for recipes there. Or ust google the cheese and recipe and there'll be a ton of stuff.
