True. The geometry on the Windsor is slightly steeper (I'm looking at the 54cm) then most road applications, (by .5 degrees). By contrast, a true 'track' bike would have much steeper geometry in the HT (like 75 degrees). Most fixed gears are not track bikes. Bikes like the Langster, Steamroller, etc, have road-like geometry.

If you plan on riding this on the street, the geometry is fine. I would stay away from something with a steeper HT angle for street applications. There's nothing saying you have to though.
