I wear -6 and -6.25, no idea what those numbers mean, but my eye person (who is a cyclist) looked high and low for anything, even brands he didn't carry. He couldn't find anything for me, and I've been pestering him for 4 years now. Oakley seems to get higher and higher but last I checked they were just below my prescription (like 5.5 or so).
