I felt right at home on it immediately (something about the Transition bloodline, I guess) - - it had all of the good traits of the Gran Mal, with the added good traits that the redesign imparted. The shorter chainstays and medium frame combined to make it pop off jumps better; and the lower BB makes it corner like it's on rails. I have not noticed any pedal strikes yet from the lower BB as some have - - I should measure mine and see how it came out.
