HELP! Stuck BB Fixed Cup!

I'm working on my '83 Paramount. I want to switch from a double to a triple. When I pulled the Campy Record crankset, I discovered the Campy BB was way overdue for a cleaning and relube, plus the Campy Mirage Triple needs a different width BB.

Everything was very tight, so all the pieces received a good dose of PB Blaster, soaked overnight, reapplied the next morning, and then the second night I was able to remove the lockring and adjustable cup. But the fixed cup would not budge. More PB Blaster. Waited 12 hours, still no luck. More PB Blaster. Still won't budge. I've been using Park's HCW-4 wrench, but no can do.

Today I tried one of Sheldon Brown's "Tool Tips" by making my own BB Fixed Cup remover. This is what I made and I followed the directions in the link.

On the Sheldon Brown tool I'm using a 1/2 inch socket breaker bar, about 16" long (which has yet to meet a freewheel it cannot remove), turning it clockwise, but still the durn fix cup will not budge.

Any suggestions before I bend and kink the tubing on the frame?
