this just happened to me on the Nishiki track frame i recently posted about. you can see the fixed cup still stuck in the pics. took it to the LBS today. they had to spray it with releaser and had a professional version of the Sheldon Brown BB tool. still took two guys and an extra hunk of pipe to extend the leverage but finally worked!!! take it to a friendly LBS if all else fails...
