Take it to an older bike shop and have them use a fixed cup removal tool to remove it. The tool works much better than the Sheldon Brown cheapie. My girlfriends Bianchi had a stuck cup. I broke 3 grade 8 bolts, one nut, and several washers trying to get it out. I had long since given up using the BB tool with flats. 3 minutes of work with the removal tool, both of us and a piece of pipe had the cup out
