There's nothing jackass about it... foot retention, not ridiculously short bars, seat angle, not a suicide hub, so there's really nothing of a safety hazard people can complain about. For a beater bike that gets you around and won't get stolen it's great. Nice repaint. Glad to see you took the time and disassembled/masked everything off properly. Only thing I might suggest is ourys or something on those bars, they look too much like the now-infamous Japanese double-***** bars.
