Age 61.
1. Serotta Colorado
Trek OCLV & 830 mountain bike
Shogun flat bar road bike
Fuji Touring bike, track bike, & an old DelRay (my beater)
2. Multi vitamin daily.
3. Still enjoy riding whenever time permits, but not as frequent as it once was.
4. Rode alot as a kid until 16 yrs old, then cars replaced the bikes. Never thought much about bikes again until I had a total hip replacement at 50 yrs old. Went from around 250 to 303 pounds after operation from doing nothing. Not the best thing for an artificial hip. Joined Weight Watchers, started cycling again, and lost 100 pounds in ten months. My weight now varies between 215-225 depending on my activities and sometimes bad eating habits.
5. Favorite type of riding is long distances, although both the wife and I do many short rec rides together, 10-30 miles.
6. Frequency of rides varies. Anywhere from once a week to three/four times a week. Annual mileage has been as high as 4000 miles, but that year it seemed like I lived on the bike.
7. Other than a walk now and then, nothing.
