I'd just scrap the whole bike honestly...

Or keep it cause its neat looking as it is. If you convert it you may have a chance to fit in for however long the fixed trend is cool and then you will be left with a cliche' orrrrr you can keep it as it is and have it accrue significant cool points the longer you keep it stock.
