we can't have our cake and eat it, too. traffic rules need to apply to cyclists if CM thinks they're remotely going to have any kind of positive impact on roadway behavior.
dude mopeds are illegal in nyc...can you believe that? they claim that they cant keep up with cars on the road and is a hazard for people and cyclists on the sidewalks...now whats the difference between a moped and bicycle besides not having to pedal?
