Mavic Open Pro's, or DT Swiss RR 1.1's. I have both, on different bikes. I don't have a lot of miles on the Mavics, but they look good. I have a couple thousand miles on the DT Swiss, and they rock.

FWIW, I've built three vintage frames with modern 10 speed Campy, and have a fourth on the drawing board. No issues whatsoever. In fact, I consider it a perfect marriage - vintage steel frame and modern 10 speed drive train. Nothing like it.
