Thanks! Yeah, it finally hit me last night that I could swap the trailer tires for something high-pressure and skinny. Unfortunately, the trailer manual specifically says not to. It increases the chances of bouncing and tipping.

And, uh, here's where I cop to my perverse side. I like those big inefficient tires because they make me feel really fast when I finally get a weekend ride in on my road bike.

No idea how the TrioBike turns. All I know is I'd never get it past the banister outside our apartment, let alone down the elevator.
