I have one of the fishing $18 ones and it is accurate. I also have one of those postal type scales which I use to measure single components.

But don't buy either. Because all it'll do is get you to thinking what will it take to get under X pounds. So $50 in scales will end up costing you $1k in new components to weigh. Or in my case $2k.
