It has the Peugeot name on it and was removed from a UO8. Behind the parallelogram arms which look metal is plastic. The back side has the Simplex name on a plastic piece that resembles the same part on a standard red label derailleur. Both pulleys are Suntour and different Suntour parts at that. One says "Suntour Sealed Bearing Pulley". It weighs in at 11 ounces.
