An update on my Pro Machine. I had the naked carbon 2007. A few months ago I saw what appeared to be a chip / scratch on the top of the seatpost clamp. Took it to the shop and they spoke to the BMC rep who said to swap the frame out no questions asked. They think that there was a slight crack. Frame was replaced by a 2008 White/ Black. Unfortunately the naked carbon frames were sold out. Great customer service from the local dealer and BMC.
By the way the 2008 frame feels smoother than the 2007. All other components are the same. My understanding was that very little was updated between the 2007 and 2008 frames.
I miss my naked carbon frame but the white/ black is growing on me.
