how about cutting some pieces of plastic and tape it to ur rear seatstays.. so when u pedal.. u'll hear clicking noises.. hehe
but on a serious note.. perhaps you should get that air horn that everyone swear it'll scare the crap out of drivers..
either that.. or have some super flashy lights on ur clothes so they'll see u more??
