Pretty standard, for Japan anyway, setup with 46t RD chainset , 18t EAI cog, grancompes to deep v, nitto drops and selle italia seat.
The frame is a lugged steel japanese road frame of unknown origins. Bought from the forums here.

After a nice ride, I think the track drops are too small for me and might get neutral stem and bullhorns.
Have a brake which I really want to install, but the holes in the fork are too small for the mounting bolts. I got a bolt on brake after advice from Carnival, but I forgot that they are for track forks so annoyingly doesn't fit. Also have some off white tape to do.
Also, finding the BB pretty low, the cages on the pedals drag on the ground (or is that normal?)

Any suggestions from people? I am still very new at this so would welcome advice.

Edit:excuse the mess

you're bike looks great. Yes it is normal for the pedal cages to scrape the ground. Also there is nothing wrong with your brake hole. You need to get the older style brakes that used a traditional looking nut to hold the brake calipher against the back of the fork. Modern brake holes are larger/easier than the older ones. Go to a bike shop and as them if they have any old ones. Get some bullhorns, risers, or road bars with brake hoods. You don't need track drops for the streets since you won't utilize they way they were built that often (for full out sprinting) ppl these days use them to keep that look going but track drops are really pitiful if you ever have to do climbing
