i dont think you lose it on your first offence, you just get points on your licence, but im not so sure because i dont have a licence...

and whenever im out somewhere drinking i ride home drunk, there is no other way to get home. sure its kind of risky, but ive never had a problem, i take deserted bike lanes the whole way, and anytime im even near a street theres pretty much no one there because my town is pretty small and no one is out and a bout at 3-5am.
