I guess all of the folks that made appointments and left their equipment to be repaired should have to wait because you need service, RIGHT NOW? Because you have a Campagnolo wheel? In case you didn't notice it's spring and shops are busy. It's cool learning how to do your own repairs, but the day will come when you'll need more than a wheel truing and you'll be bummed you didn't build a relationship with a good shop.
