You're mad at them because they repaired someones bike (or wheel for that matter) first because they made an appointment and you didn't? Bravo.
If your friend/daughter/son was visiting lovely New Jersey, and got a flat, and was told to leave the bike for 3 days because they are backed up, would that be OK too?
