The others have said it already....it doesn't matter if it's a 5 minute job or a 2 hour job if you're #452 in line. I do find that at my LBS, where I know everyone and they know me, I tend to be able to "skip" the line fairly often.

Still, my bike needs a general tune up that I want done at the shop. It'll probably have to wait until mid-July when I'm on vacation for a week. Since I won't be around anyway, they can take their sweet time.
