Bikes: Windsor "The Hour"

Rim split, what to do?

I got into a pretty big accident two weeks ago, and surprisingly the only damage done to the bike was my back wheel being knocked around. I was just about to take it to the LBS to see if they could true it for me, when I noticed the hairline crack for a reference, I have these (stock wheels on my windsor hour)

Now heres my question.. Everything else on the wheel is in perfect condition (tire/tube/spokes/hub/cog) except the obviously broken rim. Would it be worthwhile to just fork up the cash for a whole new rear wheel, get a new set of wheels (these?) , or just purchase a new rim and have my LBS reassemble the wheel? Money is kinda tight, so I'm trying not to spend over $150, but I still want to get a wheel better than the stock ones.

Any advice for a noob?
