FWIW, I normally wear an American size 10.5 or 11 in running shoes, and am in 43.5 in these. They definitely run smaller than my Northwaves -- can't remember my sidis.

edited to fix size and to clarify -- I wear a smaller size in these than one would expect. So I guess they run big. So, so tired this morning. Brain has ceased to function.
