1974 Raleigh - Assembled in USA

Someone just gave me this 1974 Raleigh LTD-3. There is a label that says
Made in England
Assembled in USA.
Where in the USA were these assembled? I know it is too early for the Enid, OK factory.
Maybe New Jersey?

Herons on crank point clockwise. Has self adjusting brake levers. Little cleanup and new tires will get ready to ride. Too bad it's a ladies.
