look keo classics are PANTS

i got them cos after paying a small fortune for my frame, groupset and wheels i figured i`d save cash getting a light yet cheapish pedal. previously i`d been on the 105.

anyway, these keo classics look pretty good, but straight away i noticed they hang funny - rather than the top end hanging forward, for easy insertion, they hang backwards, which means you have to kick them forward a little to get into them.

secondly, they are easy to get out of - so easy that during a breakaway in a race, whilst standing to look behind to see where our pursuers were, my right foot actually came out of the pedal and hit the road. i just about managed not to crash, but it was close.

thirdly, despite being fully tightened up on the screw, there is so much play in them it`s crazy. when i`m sprinting or climbing out of the saddle i have to keep my attention on my feet, so as not to lose power. very poor!

so, pls recommend, tight, lightish, solid pedal! i guess i`m going to go for ultegra, but i`d like to hear other opinions...
