Yeah I have a F-ing answer. YOU, as a driver have the RESPONSIBILITY to WATCH for and AVOID what is in the road REGARDLESS of why it is in the road. THAT is what you AGREED to when you accepted your license. PERIOD.
WTF, you are arguing fault as to what your responsibility is behind the wheel. It doesn't matter how wrong people are being in the road. It doesn't remove your responsibility as a driver. How F-ing hard is that to understand? What are you going to do when you teach your kids to drive? "Watch out for that person crossing the street, oh never mind, he's just some drunk that doesn't belong there"
